When the torque output device opens and closes the valve, the oil motor generates torque. Through the torque sensor, universal joint and connecting rod, the wrench claw drives the valve to open and close. The torque value is transmitted to the touch screen and PLC automatic control system. When the torque value reaches the set value, the system sends a command and the oil motor stops immediately, Thus, the opening and closing operation of the valve can be realized according to the set torque.
Main functions of test bench:
1. The touch screen system automatically sets the valve test standard parameters according to the nominal diameter and pressure of the valve (the test parameters can be set manually);
2. Carry out back seal test, shell strength test and high and low pressure seal test;
3. Cycle procedure of automatic valve life test: pressurize the seal valve channel, close the pressure valve according to the set torque, release the pressure on one side of the pressure valve, and set the pressure to open the seal valve channel (repeatedly set the cycle test number). When the cycle test reaches the set number, the cycle test is completed.
4. If the valve is an electric driving device, connect the electric driving device with the equipment line, and the system will control the electric driving device to open and close the valve according to the cycle program;

Valve opening and closing torque testing:
1. Lift the valve to a proper position, adjust the horizontal position of the column and beam of the torque output device, and align the torque wrench claw with the center of the valve handwheel;
2. discharge the air in the valve body and pressurize the test medium to the specified value;
3. Pre close the valve with small torque; Open the left discharge valve and empty the left cavity of the valve. At this time, the sealing pressure difference of the valve is full pressure, which may cause large leakage, and the system will automatically compensate the pressure of the test medium;
4. move the workbench to the left, press the "oil motor torque amplification" button, and observe the valve leakage. When the valve leakage meets the standard, the torque value recorded by the touch screen and PLC automatic control system is the closing torque value of this test;
5. Repeat the test for the closing torque value for three times, and select the maximum value as the valve closing torque value;
6. when the above closing torque test is carried out, the valve opening torque test can be carried out at the same time, that is, under the condition of full differential pressure, increase the valve opening torque until the valve is opened. The torque value recorded in the touch screen and PLC automatic control system is the opening torque value. Repeat the torque value test three times, and select the maximum value as the valve opening torque value.
